What a Birthday week! We took a quick trip out to So Cal for Abrielle’s birthday. The following weekend we had two small Birthday parties. Fun filled times. Meanwhile, Alijah is now 3 mo old and growing fast. His first smile was at Abrielle. He loves when she talks to him and she adores him. So awesome to watch. Alijah is now reaching and grasping at objects and really enjoying interacting with people. He sure responds to music much more than Abrielle ever did. Fun times.

We were playing hide n seek. This was abrielle's hiding place. Hmmm can you find her?
I was making myself laugh and I am sure the OT's out there can relate. I was writing a PLEP in my head...have written so many regarding these skills it was like I was writing it in my sleep. Abrielle has mastered her goal to form prewriting storkes of vertical and horizontal lines and circular scribbles. She will imitate makeing a spiral demonstrating the ability to start small and make echoing larger circles. She enjoys making small closed circles but is not yet demosntrting consistent large closed circles. She defenently has NOT mastered her goal to sit and attend to a variety of activities for 2 minutes. Although, she has demonstrated on very RARE occasions (like drawing all these circles) to sit and attend for 30 minutes participating in one task.

Alijah is now 7 weeks old and getting big fast. He has almost doubled his weight. Little stinker is not so little anymore. Sorry I am bad at updating. I guess naps are more important to updating my blog these days. Abrielle loves to play with Alijah. Alijah is now smiling, mostly when Abrielle is around she is his favorite. We are enjoying watching Abrielle with Alijah and enjoying learning about Alijah's little personality. So much fun!

It is a boy!!

Alijah Samuel arrived Friday July 17th at 8:08 in the am. He was 5 lbs and 15 oz and 19.5in long. He is doing great. He is a great baby. Abrielle is going to do great with him. She already has done so many things that show us she is going to be a great big sister. I have not been on top of the picture taking but I hope to change that starting tomorrow. I have been sort of out due to a spinal head ache. Today I went back to the hospital and got a blood patch and I am so thankful to be feeling better. Praise God! More pics to come.

Camping trip

Well, as you would expect I do not update things as they happen. We went camping in the end of June. We got to experience a great thunderstorm, one of my favorite parts of camping. Here are a couple pics from our little trip to swim in the creek. Abrielle loved being outside all the time, riding on the quad, dragging everyone around as she explored, noticed all sorts of bugs and had lots of marshmallows (her favorite). My brother took on his camera pictures of her smore experience and the word is there is at least one worth sharing but I have not seen them yet. It was cute though, when she was eating her Smore she gave everyone a bit of it, she was very concerned everyone ate some of it. The other thing she did that was to die for was one morning we were sitting around the fire eating breakfast. My brother had not got himself food yet. She went over to the table, got a plate and some food and brought it to him. “Al Al eat!” For those of you who had to see my belly there it is.

I have tried several times to update this silly blog, but I keep having problems with it. Sort of made things very unmotivating to keep trying when it never works. Update to make it short. We went to Hawaii in March. Fun Fun Fun. Softball season was fun, I loved the girls on my team and our varsity won state. School ended and we have really enjoyed summer. Brent has a different summer job so he is home a lot more and that has been a lot of fun and nice. We have got a lot of work done on the house. Or I should say he has, my job typically becomes chasing Abrielle. She is loving being outside all the time. The countdown is on. Four more weeks til the new baby comes. Still no idea if it is a boy or a girl. Still working on names. Starting to really count down til July 17 when my scheduled C section is. Not too much of an update but not going to spend a lot of time when this silly thing has not been working.

Abrielle and I got out of the shower and I forgot to bring a diaper into the bathroom. I sent her out into the living room to "go get a diaper and bring it to mom." She came back and was saying something while pointing out toward the living room. I said, "show me what you are talking about." I followed her out as she pointed to the changing pad. I nice pile of poop on the changing pad. She was really worried. It of course took everthing in me not to laugh.

Full of New Surprises

It seems like it has been a long time since Abrielle has had several firsts occur. What a fun last couple of weeks. Abrielle is in love with being outside. She would stay outside with her hands freezing cold all day before she would want to come in. She loves the snow. We got to go to Mammoth CA to snowboard for three days a couple weeks ago. She had so much fun. We of course had our own little sledding area out of the porch of the lodge. She would convince anyone she could to take her outside by bringing them her snow clothes. Before she even eats breakfast she is looking for her jacket and shoes so she can try to convince me to go outside. Today she got her shoe on over her pajamas. She loves to eat snow. She will just bend over and put her whole face in the snow to get a bite of it. We compromised one night and gave her a cup of snow, which she thoughtfully shared with the dogs, Ellie and Caneel. The other morning she was babbling off some long old jargon and then ran into her room, and got two boots out of her closet, one rain boot and one snow boot. Both are too big. She put them on herself and brought me her jacket. As you can sort of see she is still in her pajamas.

Abrielle has had several firsts the last few weeks. She learned to unlock the doors in the house. She now will try to turn any lock she can reach (even during music class). She is a little obsessive about some things. Locks, shoes, being outside and playing with water are what she loves right now. She also learned to get water out of the fridge. I came into the kitchen and there was a swimming pool of water and she was soaked head to toe with cold water. I got home the other night and asked Brent why her doll is soaked thinking she took it into the tub. Brent said she tried to give it a drink. If I give her a cup of a little water in it she enjoys pouring it from one cup to another. Surprisingly she usually does great poring spilling very little then spilling the whole cup by kicking it over or something when she moves to get another cup. Abrielle also entertained our Bible study last night when she learned to climb out of her crib. We all were entertained as Brent was on a mission to find out just exactly how she gets out. All this to say we have had a great last few weeks enjoying Abrielle.

We had a great weekend getting to enjoy some nice weather in the valley. We had softball games all day Saturday, and I am fired up to get to work with these girls. Abrielle wanted nothing to do with inside but wanted to be playing outside all day. She got to go to the park and she went down the huge slides face first on her belly, no fear. One of them is really fast and good thing Nana was at the bottom or she would have done a face plant with her doll in hand in the sand. Grandpa spent a lot of time with Abrielle out front throwing the frisbee with the dogs, Abrielle busting up the whole time. As you can see Grandpa is one of the links to her beautiful blue eyes, as her Great Grandpa Paul is the other link.

Well, it is not every day you can post there are lots of new things going on. First, we are expecting our second little one this summer. I am 13 weeks now and due in the end of July. When I got that news I have never been more excited to not have to spend the summers in the Valley. We got this nice little surprise just before Thanksgiving. A big surprise it was, but how can you not be excited about the miracle of life. We just bought tickets to go to Hawaii over spring break and I am super excited about that. Two of my friends adopted infants in the last month. I started a new Bible study last week and it will go through the end of Feb. In three weeks softball season starts and I am going to be coaching the JV team. I am starting to get really excited about this. There are some awesome girls I will get to hang out with. And we are getting ready to go on our annual ski trip the first week of Feb. Abrielle is growing fast she is in the 96th percentile for height and 94 for head circumference and average weight. She makes us laugh every day, what could be better. We are sure enjoying her. Hope all is well with everyone. Miss you all.

Abrielle has been really enjoying having Brent home these last few days. He introduced her to egg nog. She loves it! Today we went tubing in my parent's back yard. Abrielle loved it. I could not believe she would go down the whole hill by herself without any fear. She even would go over the little jump and get a little air and would just laugh. Puppie Ellie (my mom's Christmas present surprise) was funny trying to jump on the tube with Abrielle. What fun.

Driving home tonight I was watching the horizon as the sun set over the rim. What a beautiful view to begin with. Tonight, there was just a sliver of the moon with a bright star just above the moon. That sight brought me to think how awesome God is, creator of the earth and sky. And to know, we only see a sliver of God’s creation made me in awe of God our Creator and Creator of the earth and sky. On a night where some are filled with such darkness, I am thankful to be in awe of the Creator and King of all Kings. Here are a few pictures on this day given to us to worship Him.

Remembering the days

Remember the days when your child was just brand new and each and every day seemed to be so important. We would count how old they are by days. Then slowly it turns into weeks, now months oh and I know it is coming...years. Wow. Well, here is what happens in the life of a 373 day old baby, or 1 year, one week. What an awesome day! We had so much fun celebrating Abrielle’s birthday. But I think what is really overwhelming me right now is an emotion of thankfulness. Mostly of all the great memories I have over this past year of Abrielle but as I think of those I become thankful for much more. Thankful for God to send his Son so through Him and His sacrifice for my sins I may have eternal life. That is where it only begins but the grace God shows goes way beyond eternal life. I life in His grace daily and I feel so very thankful for that. So much so I am really at a loss for words right now. I am trying to describe this thankfulness I have, and it is beyond my ability to write. Then, I am thankful for my wonderful husband who loves both me and Abrielle so very much. He has a way to communicate this love on a daily basis. I am thankful to have a husband who loves the Lord and his family. I am thankful Brent is the father of my one little baby girl, Abrielle. Putting Abrielle down for bed was really sort of tough for me tonight. I guess God was fully aware, Brent just before I was going to put her to bed asked if I was about ready (he was outside working on our yard in the cold) to put her down. I said yes, and he came right in. We got her in bed and Brent prayed over her, but as I was kneeling next to her crib praying I was just overwhelmed with thankfulness for her. I am thankful for some of the little things like her blue blue eyes, and her smile and her ONE tooth (although she is getting another one). I am thankful for her love for life. I recall the first night we had her home and I was praying over her as she was lying next to me and she smiled her first smile. I believe it was the Holy Spirit bringing joy into this beautiful little baby. She has always been a joyful baby. Seldom is upset, and if she is there is something really wrong. Regardless, I am so thankful for God’s presence in her life over this past year. Although, she is only one I can see God in her. My prayer for her continues to be God would keep her secure and protected in His hand and under the protection of His wing and she would choose to live a life consecrated to God. I pray God will continue to draw her spirit to Him. I am thankful for how she hugs me and says Ahhhhh as she does so. I love how she laughs when I tickle her. I love how she looks for her dad around the house. Wow, why is it that you can become so overwhelmed with thankfulness you stop the ability to think? That is where I am at. I guess I can only end it with saying, I am thankful God can see my heart right now and truly know how thankful I am for this beautiful little girl and the amazing privilege of being called her mom. I am also thankful for God’s grace for all the times I have messed up as her mom this year and for the grace He will continue to pour into me for the times I will mess up in the future. I wish more than anything I could not mess up for this little girl, but am SO thankful for the grace I find when I do. I love you little Abrielle Elyse!

What is wrong with this picture? Look so very close. You might be thinking she really needs a bath, or poor girl she still does not have any hair, or mom did you forget to get her dressed this morning? You better look closer.
We went to the parade this weekend. We had fun but the parade was some what of a dud. It literally rained on our parade and that was sort of funny. It seemed to be sunny everywhere except for directly over us. Abrielle had her first lollypop, she suckered grandma into that one.
Brent took this picture this weekend and I just love here eyes in this picture. Look closely you can see something wrong in this picture too.
We went woodcutting this weekend. One of my absolute favorite things to do. The forest is so pretty right now, and the weather perfect. Here Abrielle is trying to help with the chain saw. She also thought she could help the dogs dig their hole. Too bad I did not have the camera close then. She climbed into the hole they dug and had a stick trying to help with this proud smile on her face.
Well, ok did you find what was wrong in the picture? You are right, she used to have two teeth and now she has one. What? Ya she pulled a table down on herself and knocked her tooth out last Tuesday. OOPS! We call her little miss pirate. She looks a little silly. Oh well,

Climbing

My mom has been telling everyone how much I like to climb. Here is proof. Mom was doing the dishes and turned around to see me like this. She looked a little nervious, something like I was a little close to the tile. I do not know what she is worried about. I have good balance. I do make my mom laugh though when it is bath time and I am trying to climb into the tub. She thinks that is just cute. Hope all of you are doing well.

Walking

Abrielle has been trying to walk for the last few weeks. On August 6th she took 6 steps from a chair to a pool table in the youth room. In this video is about as far as she goes up to this point. She does keep her balance a little better when we are inside on a smooth surface. I am laughing all day every day right now. She is so much fun. Hope you enjoy as much as I do. She just turned 10 months on the 12th, I can not believe it. She will be one before I know it.

A week of firsts

What a week! It all started when Blitz got sprayed by a skunk. What a night trying to clean him. Poor dog. Then off to California where Abrielle got to play at the beach, go to a petting zoo, ride a carousal (it was huge, the biggest one I have been on) and she had her first trip to the Harbor House. Abrielle loved the beach, loved playing in the sand and though the waves were funny. Meghan and Chris came down to see us for a couple of days and that was awesome to get to see good friends too. It was such an awesome time. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Well, what can I say, first mom put the oatmeal close enough for my super extension arms to reach it so I dumped the whole bowl onto the ground. The dogs looked hungry. Then mom let me play with the bowl after I was done eating since I was already such a mess. I thought the bowl would make a good hat and all this sticky stuff does not bother me a bit, mom thinks that is a good thing for some reason.

Wow Bre!!! You did an awesome job planning this wedding. It turned out beautiful, who could have dreamed up a better wedding! You will forever look back on this day and relive the moment. I know I will. What an awesome day, a beautiful and breathtaking ceremony that was filled with such power and God's presence in the room. But for me it was more than that. I got to see my brother fulfill one of his life long dreams, get married to the ONE God created for that purpose. On top of that, I get a wonderful sister! Wow, I still get emotional just thinking about it. You are the glue for so many people. You are the strength for so many who need help. You are the thoughtfulness people need to get through those tough days. You are the girl my brother cherishes. You are my sis. What else could I want? What else could I dream of? I thank God for you.

Last weekend we went down to the Valley for a great weekend. Uncle Adam took care of Abrielle and I must say he did a great job, she slept the whole way home that night. Anyway, he watched her while we partied with the bride to be. So much fun. I am sure most of you would guess I left my camera in the car that my brother had so I did not get any fun pictures of the shower, I was really upset about that. We also went to Landon Tow's birthday party and I was happy to get to see several of my friends and their kids. It was a ball. Here are pictures of all the kids including two sets of twins, we got everyone in it but Landon, the birthday boy was eating his cake! All these little ones are so cute.

Well no pictures to share of this weekend because we could not find our camera in the car (but we did find it at the end of the weekend at least.) We took a trip down to Phoenix. We stayed with some of our favorite people in the whole world, the McMains family. We got to watch the kids compete in the state track meet. Girls took state and boys were runners up. They did awesome and it was exciting to watch them perform. Brent and I both thought it was relaxing. We took a little trip to Valley Christian HS and got to see some of Brent's students that are graduating this year. They are such neat kids and we miss them a lot. It was really good to get to see them. We missed a couple people but Abrielle was FINISHED and needed a nap. We got to meet Sophie Lara(5 months) and Brock Jackson (10 months) for the first time. They are both adorable and doing well. Brock's mom told us of this diaper cream (Abrielle had the worst diaper rash for three weeks and I could not get it to go away from this medicine I HAD to take.) Anyway make a note baby Avalon Organics is the brand name and the product is called soothing Zinc Diaper Balm. Seriously, this rash I tried EVERYTHING with for three weeks, but this stuff on ONCE and diaper rash almost totally gone. You have got to pick some up. I was just telling a friend there are very few MUST haves in my opinion with a baby but I sure just found one. Wish I could share pictures of these two little adorable babies we got to spend time with but you will just have to trust me in how cute they are. Also, Abrielle has been pulling herself up on stuff that is shorter by herself but for the first time yesterday she pulled herself up on something tall like the couch. Crazy girl. She better get this crawling thing down soon. She thinks she is under cover all the time sneaking up on the dogs in her army crawl. Hope all is going well for all of you.

Well, what an eventful weekend. We took a little short vacation as we are staying at my parents house, yes only 6 minutes from our house but I am so thankful. Brent has been feeling really sick and finally went to the doctor. We got the blood results from his tests this weekend and he was told he is not able to leave the house, touch the baby or me. Thankfully my mom and dad were happy to have us at their house so I could get some help with both my "babies." Brent was eventually diagnosed with Mono and we are thankful it is nothing worse than that. We did not find out that until Monday and did have to wait the weekend out. Brent I think literally slept almost the entire weekend. Abrielle realized she enjoys playing with the flashlight and she thinks she is should be climbing stairs and pulling herself on everything. She sure tries hard. Anyway, I am just thankful I had help and yes Brent is feeling a lot better today!

Well, Abrielle broke grandma's dish this week. OOPS. She had a pobsicle that was just water with a touch of white grape juice and she actually ate rice cereal. That was today, so we still are waiting for the results. She has been acting fussy since she ate so I DO NOT KNOW.... Hope all is going well.

Day in the life of a 6 month old!

Lots of pictures for our very busy little six month old. How the time has gone by so too fast. I sure have enjoyed these past six months with her. We had a great time celebrating six months. Our family from Brent's side came up to join us in the celebration. His mom, dad, Cassie, Carlos and Ramai all were here. Abrielle is crawling like Shamu. She pushes up into a push up position and lunges forward with her legs going up in the air like Shamu's tail. She actually has done real crawling for like three movements before lunging forward to her most desired objects (phone, camera, dog's bones and dog's toys). I think she thinks she is a dog. She loves their toys and she pants like she is a dog. She would rather play with them then me most of the time and they make her laugh, especially when they sneeze. Abrielle had her first banana as we enjoyed the banana desert made in her honor. She LOVED it. To top off all the fun, Brent threw me a surprise birthday party, no pictures from that fun time. We had a great time and Geraldine and Gil took the show with their great cooking, but we can not forget the mouthwatering cake Leslie made. I know there are a lot of pictures but I wanted to capture her 6 month day. Hope you all enjoy the pictures as much as I do.

Busy week

Well, this was sure a busy week for us. Abrielle took her second plane flight in her life, this time to northern California to visit my good friend from USC, Meghan and her husband Chris. We had a ton of fun and got to enjoy the beautiful northern California mountains. Abrielle got to see her first deer, as they were eating Meghan's plants in her front yard. I do not think she really noticed them. There were two cute yearlings too. Chris initiated the tradition of using the "grumpy" hat when Abrielle was fussy. We also got to spend time with the Moore's, how I miss Betsy so much. I was so sad to move from Gilbert and know I would not get to see spend time with Betsy all the time. How that was stressful. God knows me well though and has blessed me with a friendship with Geraldine up here. Geraldine is a lot like Betsy in that she takes good care of me and is such a good friend. God knows I need friends to "take care of me." I feel so loved. Abrielle did great and it was so refreshing to get to spend time with good friends.

Taco sitting

This week I starting sitting like a taco. I went from not being able to sit by myself to sitting for like 5 minutes without "eating carpet." I like to eat my toes while sitting and then push back up.
This weekend while grandma and grandpa Jarles were in town I started being able to move forward and backward on the floor when on my belly. I just learned to pull my knees under me and stick my bottom in the air. Look out mom you are in for it. You can see how much I want to move around already, you just wait. Mom you might want to warn the dogs, Caneel and Blitz, their life will never be the same, no more nice quiet naps without little tugs on the ears.

Mom took me to meet my friend Sofie, who was born on February 3rd. Mom tried to explain to me Sofie's mom was her good friend growing up and they have lots of pictures together and she wanted some of Sofie and I. Mom had to keep moving me away from my friend. She did not want me to give her a love mark on her face like I have on my face if you look close. Wow am I excited to play with her.

For some reason Sofie did not like me helping her take off her pants. I got them all the way off. This week I took my socks of with my hands too. That is a fun new trick.

Ok our internet is not working good and I am not real patient with computers anyway. I can not see what pictures I am typing next to. Oh well. This past weekend we went to Utah to go snowboarding. I was planning on staying until the last minute. I could not stand the idea of being left home. So Brent, my dad and I rotated in the lodge babysitting. It was so worth it. We went to Snowbird, Brighton, and The Canyons. I had never been to The Canyons before. Abrielle got to ride up the gondola to the lodge. It was fun. You should have seen here eyes when we went over those rolling things. One picture is of Abrielle and my dad on the gondola. I love that picture. Abrielle has this new thing with her tongue. She has been doing it for a couple of weeks. She has her tongue out like this all the time. Silly girl. And last, Brent loves putting his hat on Abrielle. Brent was on baby duty at the hotel and this is what I walked in on. Hope you all are doing good.

I have been driving mom crazy wanting to always be sitting up. I throw little tantrums when I want to sit up and mom can not hold me up. Grandma felt sorry for me and she went and got me my new favoite thing. I love my dog, uncle Carlos got it for me. I laugh when it makes all the different noises.

I told you this is my new favorite thing. Mom was laughing at me though. When the animals on my mobil go by I try to put them in my mouth. It is such a fun game, and I laugh at my mom when she laughs.

I do not understand why mom calls me rollie-pollie.

A lot has been going on since the last post. Abrielle is growing fast and to prove I am not just crazy thinking she is growing really fast and big at her 4 month appointment she charted on the growth chart in the 90th percentile. That is right, the problem is when she is 16 she will probably be in the 5th percentile. I just laugh. I guess I needed a faster crash couse in getting my arms stronger. This last week we had a lot of fun. Brent's dad came into town, and we had a blast watching Abrielle bust out in this long laugh. A couple of my friends also came into town, Angel and her family and Kim. We had a great time going down the slopes and watching Madison go "super duper fast."

This is the view out of my house. The one with the dogs in it is looking out off the front porch. The others are out the back yard. The one of the big tree and the one of the oak tree is what I see out my bedroom window. It is awesome!

Aunt Ramai and Uncle Carlos came to visit. Abrielle got to meet Navi. As you can see, she really enjoyed looking at her. She also loves to hear the monkeys on her mobil. You should see the face she makes, it is so funny. She stops kicking, makes this funny face then gets really excited.

What did Santa bring me this year? I sure think she is cute. She actually spent most of the day in the stocking, she seemed to really like it, and it kept her warm. It the craziness of the move I could not find her Christmas dress we got her. So that made me a little upset. Oh well. We had a great day and as you can see Abrielle slept through most of it.

Doesn't this picture just make you laugh. Grandma Moro dug out all the baby stuff she saved. This little outfit Abrielle has on was something I used to wear. I think she looks like a little elf in it. It makes me laugh.

These are pictures from our Christmas tree hunting adventure. It was awesome. The snow was so deep. It was hard choosing a tree because there was so much snow on the trees. We got ourselves a good one!

Slacker!!

OK, I am sorry I am such a slacker. I look at all your blogs and you guys are all so up to date with things. I have had a hard time keeping my head above water it seems. We finally moved into our house, the Thursday before Christmas. It was awesome. The first night in, it had snowed a couple of inches that day so there was snow on the trees. That night going to bed there was a full moon, or at least almost a full moon. It was so beautiful looking out our big bedroom window at the snow covered trees lit up by the moon. It was breathtaking. My goal was met. To be in my house by Christmas and the first piece of furniture would be my Christmas tree. I will post a couple pictures of the house and tree as soon as I get my act together. It seems that every day has been filled with so much work moving into the house. Before I know it, it is time for dinner and another day gone. I do not make it much past dinner time, I am ready for bed shortly after but try to keep myself awake until Abrielle's last feeding of the night. We do not have Internet at our house yet, so I have to remember to bring my camera to my parents house so I can put some pictures on. Caneel was so cute when she laid down in Abrielle's bed. Caneel had been walking all over the house trying to find a place to lay down. Later, I found out her bed had been put up where she could not lay on it. She smelled Abrieel's bed, then gently stepped into the basket. She walked in circles and then gently laid down. I really did not think she would lay down. I thought it was cute. Anyway, just a little funny moment for me.

Thanksgiving weekend

What a great weekend it was!! We started getting to spend a short visit with Brent's family. Cassie was in town, so Abrielle got to meet her for the first time. Thursday we got on the air plane to go to Nebraska for the weekend. My good friend from college got married. It was a very beautiful wedding. It was awesome to get to see Kari, although I was not much help to her this trip, Sorry. It was good to be there though. It was great! While holding my little miracle in arms I was able to witness another miracle. God's hand bringing two wonderful people together and making them one in marriage. It was a very emotional weekend for me to get to see Kari's path cross with Shade's in marriage. He is an amazing man of God. I am not sure I have ever been to a wedding where it is as evident as this one that the groom is in love with his bride like Shade is with Kari. It is so exciting to watch God's provision. Abrielle got to experience her first snow! Once again, as always my husband received so many compliments about how great of a husband and dad he is. It is so exciting to hear people recognize that in him. Here are just a couple pics of us in Nebraska.

Thanks to everyone who voted on the poll. Sorry to say, you are all wrong!! I knew Abrielle was growing fast but I was in for a surprise when the nurse said, "8 lbs, 5 oz." I think I asked the doctor like three or four times if that was ok. That means she gained three lbs total since she came home from the hospital. I was freaking out a little. I already have this fear that I am going to miss something with her growing because she would grow up too fast. It was almost a realization of my fear. I guess it could be A LOT worse. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! We all have so much to be thankful for. Praise God, for every good and perfect gift comes from Him!

Eventful Week

Sleep time. Uncle Alex came home to see me just to take a little nap with me. He is so thoughtful. I like this guy.

I got to spend some time with Blitz on the floor.

I gave mom a run for her money during bath time. I now make it through bath time without crying on most days, but that was getting boring. This bath time started off good but turned into a two person assist to complete. I wanted mom to do it by herself but she called in Uncle Adam for reinforcements.

Today we picked out the carpet for our new house. I got to stop by and see grandpa during practice. Everyone likes my shirts mom's friend Jessie made for me too.

I took my first road trip to Phoenix. I got to meet my mom's good friends Betsy and Dana. Here is my Aunt Breanne I got to meet her for the first time too.

I got my tongue fixed this week so I can actually move it. I had fun today moving it all around. Who would have thought that it could do all these fun things...happy birthday grandma...

I am ready for my first football game. It will be cold so no one will see that my pants still do not fit me, I will be wrapped in a blanket but Coach Grandpa will still know I am cheering for him to make good play calls.

Rocky thinks I am his baby. He often likes to be as close as possible to me. He knows where I sleep most of the time, and if I am not there he sort of panics until he finds me. I like the attention.
